Our experience was severely dampened by poor service. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome. The broken jacuzzi and the cold pool didn’t help either. we expected better amenities. Additionally, the constant noise from the roof during rain kept us awake, making our stay feel even less enjoyable.

Our family enjoyed the spacious Deluxe Villa and the excellent dining, especially the tasteful breakfast that everyone loved. The warm service made our stay even more enjoyable, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit.
